DISCOVER HOVLAND

Hovland Conservatory was founded by Mary Hovland in 1968, with a single studio in Blaine, Minnesota. Over time, instruction was expanded to private school music programs across the Twin Cities.
In 1995, the school formally incorporated as a nonprofit organization, shifting focus toward developing a standardized curriculum designed to deliver consistent, successful outcomes for every music student.
Today, Hovland Conservatory has grown from a handful of locations in Minnesota to more than a dozen locations across Minnesota, Arizona, and Illinois. Through steady, organic expansion, the school remains committed to its primary goal of bringing high-quality private music instruction to more communities, one student at a time.
